At Orbis, we work extensively within the residential sector. Much of our day-to-day work consists of surveying barns, out-buildings and homes for protected species (usually bats and nesting birds).

We can often provide a simple letter suitable to accompany your planning application, should there be no impacts predicted to protected species. If evidence of (or the potential for) bats/nesting birds are identified, we will guide you through the next steps to make sure your planning application has high quality reports to provide the LPA with all the information they need to reach a decision.
